Bent Abbott's "Cabercizer" Patent pending

A recent gathering of athletes at the home of Brent Abbott revealed not only Brent's ingenuity but his true Scottish roots (code word for cheap). When I first arrived at Brent's home I found it curious to see a low rider parked in the driveway. Little did I realize Bent's true genius and Scottish blood would be pooled together with the forth coming explanation.

Sitting in the corner of Brent's yard was his latest effort in highland training. If it had not been for the close proximity of the beer keg it might have gone unnoticed. Bent was undertaking an auto restoration & at the same time he was adding the finishing touches to his training apparatus. His idea was to remove the springs from the car and use them on the apparatus. Truly a win win solution. The car really didn't need them and besides it would look cool!

There were many guesses as to the purpose of the strange looking apparatus. Finally Brent was cornered and reluctantly explained , to all the gathered athletes, about his caber training apparatus. Brent named it the "Mark V, stationary, vertical thrust, low friction, variable weight, single rep, caber simulator with height reference indicator. He also likes to add "Patent Pending" !! We simply call it the "Cabercizer!"

Can the Cabercizer help Brent improve his caber? Only time will tell.

"12:00... Again!"

Now if Brent could just come up with a training aid for his hammer he'd really be doing something! By the way Brent I liked your fuzzy dice and the beer wasn't half- bad either. At least the half I drank!
CHEERS!!
